Welcome to this month’s newsletter, a gentle boost for your well-being.
As always, I am sharing a recorded practice for you to enjoy in your own time and space. Something simple to help you pause, reconnect and return to yourself
On this final day of June, I invite you to join me for a short yet powerful Gratitude Practice. A moment to honour each part of your body, one by one, and thank them in a mindful way.
You can listen with eyes closed if possible - whether seated, standing or lying on the sofa or in bed. However feels right for you. You are in charge.
Sophrology helps us reconnect mind & body - two parts of ourselves that often drift apart under stress and tension. We have one precious body to carry us through life. Even on the days we are not quite best friends with it, it continues to hold us, move us and keep us upright in the world.
With summer in full swing and as a July-born girl myself, I feel lifted by nature in full bloom and the joy of simple pleasures: juicy and tasty seasonal fruits (oh dear peaches!), long light evenings… and homemade lemonade.
At the end of this letter, I will share with you my two-ingredient sparkling lime lemonade recipe. You are not ready for how simple (and refreshing!) it is…
