Welcome to this month’s newsletter, a gentle boost for your well-being.
As always, I am sharing a recorded practice for you to enjoy in your own time and space - something simple to help you pause and reconnect.
I hope this note finds you well, wherever you are. Perhaps you are in the midst of half term in the UK? Or preparing for a long weekend in France?
How has this month been for you? As always, I invite you to take a moment for a little internal weather check: how are you feeling right now - in both your mind and body?

This month, I would love to share a breathing exercise with you - one I have used often with clients and, funnily enough, one my son reminded me of this morning! He is 7.5 years old now, and it turns out his teacher introduced him to this technique when he was in Reception class (how wonderful that schools are sharing these tools!). He was telling me how it is super easy!
Let’s call it hand breathing✋
Have you come across it before?
Or perhaps you have even practised it yourself?
The idea is indeed simple:
✋Trace the outline of your hand with the finger of your other hand
🌬️Breathe in as you trace upwards along a finger
🌬️Breathe out as you trace downwards
When you reach the base of your fifth finger, you can reverse and begin again, for as long as you wish.
